When baby goats are first born their poop is usually somewhat firm and black, it reminds me of tar.
This picture was when the kids were around 8 hours:

After the goats have had moms milk their poop starts to look like thick mustard.
Mom should clean the kids rear ends, if she doesn't you should make sure their rear ends don't
get dried up or pasted over. Then they can't poop. You may have to clean it yourself so the kid can poop.

As of today they are two days old.

The kids develop normal poop (goat berries) within a few days.
